SlomolyAgreement
These terms apply to the Slomoly app for iPhone, provided by Anh Tuan Hoang ("we"). By downloading or using Slomoly you agree to them. Slomoly is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement, and if the two conflict, Apple's agreement applies.
License
You may use Slomoly on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
Your content
You keep all rights to the videos and audio you record, import, edit or export with Slomoly. We do not receive your content, because it never leaves your device. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you import, and for how you use and share what you create.
Acceptable use
Use Slomoly lawfully. Do not use it to record people where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy without their consent, or to create content that infringes the rights of others.
Watermark
Videos exported from Slomoly include a small Slomoly logo. Please don't misrepresent Slomoly's involvement in your work, for example by presenting the logo as an endorsement.
Availability and updates
We may update, change or stop offering features at any time. Some features depend on your device and iOS version, such as recording at 240 fps or AI Smooth. Future versions may add optional paid features or ads; if they do, these terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated first.
No warranty
Slomoly is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Keep your own copies of footage that matters to you. We are not responsible for recordings or projects lost through device failure, deleted projects or removing the app.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Slomoly. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use Slomoly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
