1. Acceptance
By installing and using Rabese, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and run Rabese on your iOS or Android device for the purpose of learning Chinese.
3. Third-party content
Rabese uses open-source data and tools from third parties (details on Settings → Content Sources & Attributions). Including but not limited to:
- CC-CEDICT (CC BY-SA 3.0)
- Tatoeba Project (CC BY 2.0 FR)
- Kokoro-82M-v1.1-zh (Apache 2.0)
- HSK 3.0 wordlist (public data)
You may reuse portions of this data per the applicable licenses, but you may NOT redistribute the app bundle as a whole.
4. Copyright
App source code, UI design, icons, and content compiled by us are copyright Rabese. No copying, redistribution, or reproduction without written permission.
5. Content quality
Example sentences and translations are aggregated from public data and partially machine-translated. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for verifying content when using it for professional purposes (exams, business communication, official documents).
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided "AS IS" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the app, including loss of on-device learning data.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time. You may stop using it by uninstalling.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
