Why do I have to wait a moment the first time I open the app?
The first time, the app unpacks its built-in dictionary data into your phone's storage (about 50 MB). This only happens once and needs no internet.
Can I search in romaji?
Yes. You can type kanji, hiragana, katakana or romaji (for example "neko"). If a Vietnamese Telex keyboard changes letters while you type romaji, switch to an English keyboard or turn off Vietnamese input.
Where do I change the number of suggestions?
Open the menu, tap the settings icon next to your name, and choose "Số từ gợi ý" (number of suggestions, 10 to 50 words).
How do I add a word to a vocabulary card?
Open a word and tap the "+" button in the bottom corner. Choose an existing card, or tap "Thêm thẻ" (add card) to create a new one.
How do I delete history, favorites or cards?
History: tap the trash icon on a word, or "Xoá tất cả" (delete all). Favorites: open the word and tap the heart icon again. Cards: tap "…" on a card to edit or delete it.
Is my data backed up?
Your data stays on your phone. If you turn on Android backup, Android may back it up to your Google account. We do not receive and cannot access this data.
