Delete your Egg Island data

You can delete your leaderboard data in the game, or ask us by email.

Option 1: in the game

  1. Open Egg Island and go to Settings → Privacy.
  2. Next to Leaderboard data, tap Delete.
  3. Read the notice and confirm.

This takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2: by email

If you can no longer open the game, email hoangtuan.dev.deli.inc@gmail.com with the subject "Egg Island data deletion request". Include your leaderboard name, the approximate date you last played and your device type (iPhone or Android) so we can find the right anonymous record. Never send passwords or payment details.

What is deleted

What is not affected

Game progress stored on your device is not removed by this request; clear the app's data or uninstall the game to remove it. Data processed by Google for ads, analytics and crash reports, and purchase records kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, follow those providers' own controls and retention periods.

How long it takes

In the game: immediately. By email: within 30 days after we identify the right record.
